A letter addressed to the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump alleges that for more than two decades Haiti’s political system has been dominated by networks tied to the Democratic Party, notably associates of the Clinton family. The document, signed by Haitian public figure Jean Pierre Bailly, urges Republican officials to counter what it calls the “pervasive influence” of Democratic allies in the Caribbean nation and to support alternative Haitian leaders ahead of the February 2026 political transition.

Breve History
During a quarter of century (2001-2025), the Clinton family has established a hegemony in Haiti through corrupt Haitian media and politicians of most of the existing political parties and other institutions. The purpose of this document is to draw the attention of the leaders of the Republican Party, especially those who are serving under President Trump administration to be in high alert regarding Haiti. Decisions must be urgently made to debilitate or restrain the Clinton influences in Haiti. Haitian political environment is perverse because of the Clinton family, friends and allies who have penetrated deeply in all aspects of Haitian lives such as politics, economics and culture. They injected a lot of money into the purchase of members of the media, local politicians and others. The money is still flowing through different international institutions such as NGOS and Churches. In addition, USAID as a federal institution was also used for this purpose.
In recent days, a group of political parties that gave birth to so-called “Presidential Council of Transition” of nine members (CPT), according to the recommendation of the former President Joseph Biden and his Secretary of State Anthony Blinken through the CARICOM, had met in the Caribe Hotel in Port-au-Prince to renew themselves and continue to execute the agenda of the Clinton, friends and his allies. Among the political parties were present their following representants:

Nota Bene: Haitian Doctors, Larry Pierre et Jean Philippe Austin, fundraisers for the democratic party injected a large sum of cash in Haiti for political and economic purposes that favor the Clinton, the Obama and the Biden administrations. For example, economist Fritz A. Jean, ex- governor of the national Bank during Jean Bertrand Aristide administration, a close ally to former president Jean Bertrand Aristide and Bill Clinton, had received approximately one million for his campaign, and won the Montana Accord to become member of CPT. Those two fundraisers for the democratic party had been also influential in the nomination of Dr. Ariel Henry as prime minister after the assassination of the president Jovenel Moise and influenced the CPT that is still in power. They sent 550 mil Euro channeled through the Europe Community to fiancé meetings of finance political parties and grassroots organizations.
Mr. Fritz A. Jean is currently one of the nine members of the Presidential Council of Transition and was chosen since the Louisiana Summit held at Southern University Law Center in Louisiana in January 2022, with the purpose of creating a new government close to the Clinton family. They explained that this Summit was to give the diaspora the stage to dialogue regarding Haiti political stability. In this summit, they chose Mr. Fritz A. Jean as the Interim President and Mariam Fetiore, the Interim prime Minister. As this project did not materialize, they created the Montana Accord held in Hotel Montana in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in which this former governor of the National Bank was chosen as member of the CPT. He was accused of selling gold reserve to Clinton allies and for his own advantages.
Nota Bene: A politician such as Jean Henry Ceant, ex-prime minster in the government of president Jovenel Moise (2018-2019), and president of political party Renmen Ayiti is distributed money through different grassroots organizations such as Front Commun. He was involved as a Public Notary in the selling of land and the commercial center in Haiti to private businessmen close to the Clinton.
Nota Bene: Pierre Esperance, the Executive Director of the Haitian Human Rights Defense Network and Secretary General on the Internation Federation of Human Rights is financing by different organizations and recently paid the tuition in full for his son to study in Yale while the population perishes in poverty.
Nota Bene: Businessman and journalist Marvel Dandin from Radio Kiskeya, is also part of the conservative media that is financing by the democratic party through third party and owns luxurious residential of millions of dollars in Floride and Atlanta.
Nota Bene: Director of Radio Tele Scoops works also for all transitory governments created after the assassination of president Jovenel Moise. He also travelled with members of the governments in different officials trips in France, Vatican and the United Nations.
Nota Bene: Journalist Wendell Theodore of Radio Metropole is a pundit that invited guests close to the democratic party. Alongside Radio Quisqueya, Tele radio Scoops, Radio metropole launched a campaign to support in favor of presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
Nota Bene: Dr Ronald Laroche, Président of Coalition Mains Propres pour le Développement of Haïti. Is also an entrepreneur of telecommunication company DIGICEL and President of the Association of private Hospitals in Haiti. The CEO of DIGICEL Denis O’Brien a long-term donor to Clinton Foundation according to ABC news. O’brian was the chairman of the Foundation’ Haiti Action Network in 2009, before the earthquake and was also involved in commercial projects and constructions including markets and Marriott Hotel near the airport in Port-au-Prince.
Nota Bene: Enex Jean Charles, ex- prime minster and President of the Steering Committee of the National Conference on Constitution Reform, ex-Congressman Pierre Martin Tatoute, and Dr Fritz Bissereth of Congrès National Ouanaminthe are part of the Front Common integrated by other grass roots organizations and political parties. The Front is financed through different sources, including corrupt politicians who pretend to keep or come back to power to serve the interests of the Clinton.
Reminder: Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, had used State Department under Obama administration to privilege the Clinton Foundation of the Friends of Clinton (FBO), including, the democratic Party, the Clinton Foundation Denis O’Brien Rolando Gonzalez Bunster (member of the Clinton Foundation and Chairman of InterEnergy) Garry Mauro, Texas State Chairman for Bill Clinton presidential Campaign donation to the Clinton Foundation.
Bill Clinton was appointed in Haiti as UN special envoy and was co-chaired by Prime Minister Jean Marie Bellerive, of the Haiti Recovery Commission.
The deceased Tony Rhodam, brother of Hillary Clinton, had joined the Advisory Board of VCS Mining in 2013 to exploit the gold in the Northeast.
Nota Bene: The current meeting held in Hotel Caribe in Port-au-Prince, political movement and parties such as Movement pour la Reconstruction et la Reconciliation Nationale (MORN) led by Dr. Jean Palerme Mathurin, FRONT COMMON is an alliance of different political structures with the intention of setting the base for change. However, it was infiltrated by congressman Pierre Matin Tatoute (co-host of Radio MEGA), Dr. Fritz Bissereth and ex-congressman Serge of Congres National Ouanaminthe, Jean Enex Jean Baptiste, ex-prime minister and Constitutional reformer, and ex-Congressman Serge Jean-Louis.
Nota Bene: Ex-Congressman Jerry Tardieu, president of Political Party En Avant is also an advocate for Constitutional change to benefit the democratic party, and the European Union. In recent years, he lectured in Constitutional Change in different academic institutions in the United States, in France and in Canada.
Nota Bene: Maryse Penette-Kédar: President of Labadie Society in the North, S.A (SOLANO), She is the manager of the Royal Cruise Port in Labadie and president of National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals. The Labadie has been surrendered to friends and allies of family Clinton as well as Free Zone in Caracol and Ouanaminthe, in the Northeast of Haïti. Dr. Palerme Mathurin was also involved in these scams, and he is currently promoting the Oasis Viillage Project in Ferrier in the Northeastern region, by the Atlantic Coast.
Nota Bene: Jean André Victor, the president of The Haitian Patriotic Dessalinien Movement (MOPODH) whose project is to create a People’s Parliament and appoint a new president of Haiti. He is also maneuvering to defend the interests of the democratic party leadership. He used to work with Evans Paul, ex-prime minister and founder of political party “Konvansyon Inite Demokratik” (KID) before their separation in January 2024 after meeting on the Coast des Arcadins, in Haiti.
Nota Bene: Pierre Raymond Divers alias King Kino and Wyclef Jean are two singers that must be under control. King Kino owns a band called Phantoms and hides his agenda behind humanitarian activities. He introduces himself as a Human Right Advocate. King Kino is close to ex-president Joseph Martelly put in power by the Clinton family during the Obama administration.
Nota Bene: Laurent Lamothe, ex-prime minister in Haiti during Michel Martelly administration, ex-senator Youri Latortue, ex-senator Joseph Lambert and ex-senator Antonio Cheramy (Don Kato), and ex-senator Jean Renel Senatus (Zo Kiki) are among those who have triggered gangsterism in Haiti by distributing weapons and money to the gangs in poor neighborhoods located in the periphery of Port-au-Prince, and some areas of the Artibonite region to create instability in Haiti.

Nota Bene: Ex-prime minister Gary Conille worked as Bill Clinton’s chief of Staff in Haiti in 2011; served as prime minister in two occasions. He works with ex-prime minister Laurent Lamothe and ex-secretary of State Dominique Dupuy to seize power through political arrangements with Dr. Palerme Mathurin who leads the political party called MORN.
Summary: As we can see, the Haitian political reality is complex and requires a better understanding of the mafioso political class in Haiti who leaves no room for social and economic development. In this political instability in which the gangs control 85% of the Haitian capital with the complicity of evil politicians, drug trafficking, human organs business, smuggling of drugs and weapons, and black markets are rampant. Only with the removal of the members of the CPT in power who are attempting to recycle themselves, and the neutralization of other individuals who are accepted to run in fake elections, will provide an opportunity for real changes in Haiti.
Option and Recommendation: Haiti is still having trustworthy and respected individuals internally and externally whose morality is unshakable. They are guided by principles and are willing to put an end to the monopoly of the Clinton family, friends and allies. Therefore, American new diplomats, new envoys or Republican officials with a clear agenda to dethrone the Clinton family and its allies in Haiti must contact Haitian icons such as:

They are among the people who can contribute to stabilize Haiti in the Caribbean region. Nevertheless. From a legal standpoint, it is important to contact the current general coordinator of the CPT, Laurent Saint-Cyr and the prime minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé to facilitate the transfer of power to a Juge of the Court of Cassation legally appointed and served, as provisional president before February 7th, 2026, and according to an established protocol.
