Currently, there is an intense fight for power in Haiti. This is due to our systematic refusal to sit together and discuss thing through quietly and professionally.
Last Sunday, a foreign mission went to Haiti. However, if the Haitian Diaspora were organized, it could dispatch a mediation mission to Haiti to help our brothers and sisters finding a temporary political compromise.
My brothers and sisters, a Haitian president was gunned down inside his residence. I call for a full impartial investigation and to bring the intellectual author (s) of this erroneous crime to justice.
It is not the time to focus on long term plan. Right now, Mr. Claude Joseph should be removed from his post and in consensus, appoint a temporary Prime Minister.

We do know that the election is the best way to change government in a democratic country. However, in the case of Haiti right now, the country is not ready for election. We call for the Haitian leaders to put in place in consensus a Transitional Government.
The Transitional Government shall lead a National Dialogue among the Haitian people. All sectors from extreme Left to extreme Right shall be invited. Total inclusion is required for a successful National Dialogue: it shall include the Opposition, the Government (Representative member of the Transitional Government), the representative member of the Civil Society, the Peasant Movement, the University, the Media, the Human Right, the labor Movement, the Patron, the Justice Department, the Student Movement, the Catholic Church, the Protestant Church, the Vodou and the Diaspora. The outcome of the Dialogue will be used as a blueprint to reset the clock.
The country needs a new constitution. The constitutional commission shall be appointed in consensus and the Diaspora shall be represented.
We call on the Haitian people in the Diaspora to put in place in consensus a team that can represent the Haitian Diaspora until it is organized. You know the people in your area, you know those who are credible in your area, you know those when stating their name, it is not subject to a second interpretation. ((the Haitian people in Canada need to choose 1 Representative member, the Haitian in the US (1 Member), Dominican Republic (1 member), the Haitian in Bahamas (1 member) and so on))
