NEHRO Condemns Dominican Republic Migration and Expulsion Policy vis-à-vis Haitians
The New England Human Rights Organization (NEHRO) condemns the Dominican Republic’s immigration policy and migratory protocol enforcement vis-à-vis citizens of the Republic of Haiti who are living in the Dominican Republic.

“The massive deportation of Haitians by the Dominican Republic is inhumane and lacks basic human decency, especially given the current political crisis in Haiti. I strongly urge the Dominican Republic to stop the massive deportation of Haitians, and to rescind this
discriminatory deportation policy which mainly applies to Haitians,” said Mr. Josue Renaud, President of NEHRO.

The mission of the New England Human Rights Organization is to protect the rights and dignity of Haitians everywhere, but especially in our homeland, from inherently abusive practices in the judicial system.

For authentication,
Carmelle Bonhometre
Vice Chair of NEHRO
